1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All booking fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event are not eligible for refunds.

Requests to reschedule an event may be accommodated subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.

3. Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue provides adequate space, safe operating conditions, and accessible power outlets for setup and operation of the photobooth equipment.

Pose On Three reserves the right to refuse setup where conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Use of Images

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, photographs and media captured during events may be used for promotional, portfolio, website, or social media purposes.

5. Liability

Pose On Three shall not be held responsible for service interruptions or technical issues resulting from venue power failure, internet connectivity problems, restricted venue access, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Equipment Damage

Clients accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or other attendees during the hire period.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to manage bookings and provide our services effectively. This may include contact information, event details, and event imagery.

8. Data Usage & Retention

Personal information is used solely for communication, booking administration, and service delivery purposes. We do not sell or distribute personal data to third parties.

Event photographs and associated booking information may be retained for up to 12 months unless earlier deletion is requested.

9. Data Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect all personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, or loss.

10. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under applicable UK data protection legislation, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

You may also request restrictions on processing or obtain a copy of your personal data where applicable.

11. Cookie Policy

Our website may use cookies or basic analytics tools to improve website functionality and user experience. These technologies do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information.

12. Refund Policy

Booking fees are strictly non-refundable as they reserve your selected event date and limit availability for other bookings.

Full balances paid in advance may be refunded only where cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

In the unlikely event that Pose On Three is unable to fulfil the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.

Refunds will not be issued for circumstances outside of our control, including venue restrictions, unsafe operating environments, delayed event schedules, or lack of required utilities.
