Booking & Payment

A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before your event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non‑refundable. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.

Venue Requirements

The client must ensure suitable space, power access, and safe setup conditions for the photobooth.

Use of Images

Event images may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise before your event date.

Liability

We are not responsible for technical issues caused by venue power, Wi‑Fi, or environmental conditions outside our control.

Damage

The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or event conditions.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to manage your booking and deliver our services. This may include your name, contact details, event information, and images taken during your event.

How Your Data Is Used

Your information is used for booking management, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to provide our service.

Data Retention

Personal information is kept only as long as necessary. Event images are typically stored for up to 12 months unless removal is requested sooner.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also request restrictions on processing or a portable copy of your data.

Refund Policy

All deposits are non‑refundable as they secure your event date and prevent other bookings. Full payments made in advance are refundable only if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event date.

If we are unable to provide the service due to illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances on our side, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds are not issued for issues caused by venue restrictions, lack of power, unsafe conditions, or delays outside our control.
